Finding drivers for older Samsung printers

Start at Samsung UK Support with the exact model. If redirected to HP, use the HP page that lists your Samsung model rather than guessing a LaserJet driver.

Wireless reinstall

Legacy WPS buttons still work on some units â€” if you use WPS, turn it off on the router afterwards. Prefer entering the password on the panel when possible.

Toner chip errors

Reseat toner, verify regional cartridge compatibility, and test with a known-good cartridge before condemning the machine.

Scan to PC on older MFPs

Install the original scan softward package for your OS if available; modern Windows may need compatibility mode or a newer vendor bridge where HP provides one.
