Last updated: 21 August 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled by Inkstead Technology Services.
1. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances, consumers entering into a distance contract may have a statutory cancellation period.
2. Requesting cancellation
To request cancellation, contact us using:
- Email: hello@inkstead.uk
- Telephone:
Please provide your name, contact details and relevant order or service information.
3. Services starting during the cancellation period
If you ask us to begin providing a service before the statutory cancellation period expires, we may require your express request to begin the service early.
Where applicable, if you cancel after the service has started, you may be responsible for the proportion of the service already supplied, subject to your statutory rights.
4. Services completed in full
Where a service is fully performed during the cancellation period following the customer’s express request and required acknowledgement, the statutory right to cancel may no longer apply where permitted by law.
5. Refunds
Where a refund is legally due, we will process it within the applicable legal timeframe.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required.
6. Incorrect or duplicate payments
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once, please contact us as soon as possible with the relevant transaction details.
7. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us first so that we can investigate the matter.
